Mark regularly fishes in the local rivers for chub and perch. In the summer he also spends time driving and fixing his 1972 Fiat 500.
Matt Underwood
Chief Technical Officer

IT Experience – 30 Years
Outside of the office, Matt enjoys cycling, running and occasionally swimming in lakes. He also enjoys travelling, particularly in Asia, having visited Korea, Vietnam and Japan in the past.
James Slootweg
Technical Director

IT Experience – 18 Years
James is an enthusiastic cyclist, runner and swimmer and when he isn’t exercising he likes to cook. He brings enthusiasm and knowledge for all things technical.
Alistair Henderson
Operations Director

Alistair is a Rugby Union fan – Northampton Saints and Scotland being his teams – for better or for worse! He is also a plane geek, enjoying watching the real things at airshows or building little plastic ones when that’s not possible. There’s also regular running to counter-act sitting at a desk all day (and drinking too much beer).

With an emptying nest at home, Sally is able to enjoy various craft activities, including stained glass and cake making. She also enjoys sailing, walking and reading.
Lynne Fisher

Mother of two children, Lynne spends her spare time enjoying her house staying a lot tidier, walking the dog, gardening and cooking. After years of singing in a local choir, she has now decided to test the patience of a local classical guitar teacher instead!

Kevin is an avid gamer with a ever growing collection of games. He also enjoys attending annual gaming conventions such as EGX. When not gaming he enjoys films and reading.

Lauren got hooked on Skydiving at University and recently made her 100th jump! When on solid ground she enjoys listening to music and watching films.

Jim is a big fan of heavy metal and plays electric guitar. He is also a keen rock climber and enjoys hiking in the mountains.

Katherine loves animals and has been to China to meet some pandas. When time allows (normally on a rainy winter’s night) she has great fun painting and jewellery making.

Harvey is passionate about Formula One and has visited several overseas races since falling in love with the sport in 2011. He is also a keen badminton player.

Daniel enjoys a variety of things during his downtime, chief among them are bouldering, weightlifting and hiking up mountains.

James has recently graduated from the University of Lincoln. His hobbies include Scuba diving, Ju-jitsu and watching films. He is also a keen gym member, attending at least 4 times a week.

Alex loves all things history and enjoys visiting museums and heritage sites to learn about the past. He likes to keep active through swimming and finds it a great way to de-stress.

Toby enjoys all things gaming, from tabletop role-playing to flight simulators and everything in-between. Frequently jumping between interests, he’s never sure what he will try next.

Sam joined Jemmac from Loughborough University in the summer of 2024. In his spare time, he likes to play Chess as well as swimming and messing around in the kitchen (not at the same time!). His interest in home brewing has made him a popular member of the Jemmac team.
