stPro offers a number of Hot-keys to help speed up the operation of common actions.
Note: Where Hot-keys exist for menu options they will be displayed to the right of the option in the associated drop down list control.
Tip: The Hot-keys associated with individual toolbar icons can be discovered by placing the mouse on the required icon and viewing the tool-tip.
Zooming, Panning and Scaling

Move the currently displayed time period back by the width of the active plot. |

Set Time Scale |

Set the time period for the Active plot to the uses preferred time scale. |
Fit to View |
Ctrl-F |
Recalculate the scales for all pens that are in Auto-Scaling mode based on the minimum and maximum values in the current time window. |
Fit to View All |

Apply the "Fit to View" algorithm to all Plots. |
Backwards |
Alt-left arrow (Alt-cursor left) |
Move backwards through the Plot Browse History for the active plot. |
Forwards |

Toggle Synchronized Cursor mode On/Off. This mode allows the user to read data values across a number of plots by sweeping the cursor across the lead plot. |
Reload Plot |
Shift-R |
Reload the current plot abandoning any changes that have been made. |
Save Plot |
Shift-S |
Save the changes (if any) to the active plot. |
Previous Plot |
Ctrl-K |
Cycle backwards through the list of open plots. |
Next Plot |
Ctrl-L |
Cycle forwards through the list of open plots. |

Set Plot Sequence |
Ctrl-Q |
Set the plot sequence. This evaluates the order of the plots using a left to right, top to bottom sequence. Once set, the Plot Sequence defines the order in which plots are traversed using the Previous Plot and Next Plot keys. |

Make the current plot a Selected Plot. Selected plots are displayed when the user toggle stPro into Selected mode. This allows a subset of the active plots to be 'focused' upon for analysis purposes. |
Show Selected |
Ctrl-H |
Tiles the Selected Plots for analysis purposes. Toggling this key will return the display to Normal view (i.e. all plots displayed). |
