Zooming

The Zoom function allows the user to focus on time periods of specific interest within a given plot.

Preset Zooming

To zoom using the Preset method, either:

• Right-Click over the required Plot and select either Zoom In or Zoom Out from the menu.

OR

• Select the required plot and use the appropriate accelerator Key, Ctrl-I for Zooming In and Ctrl-U for Zooming Out.

OR

• Select the required plot and use the appropriate Cursor Keys, Cursor down for Zooming In and Cursor Up for Zooming Out.

OR

• Select the required plot and use the appropriate button on the Scale Toolbar:

  (Zoom In) or (Zoom Out).

Note:  Zooming using the Preset methods will either half (Zoom In) or double (Zoom Out) the time period displayed on the plot.

Free Format Zooming

In addition to Preset Zooming, the user may define specific periods by using the Plot Cursor.
